Some school districts provide teachers, parents, or students with a "district code" to use when creating an account. If your district has given you a district code and it's not working, try these tips:
- Be sure you are using the correct uppercase and lowercase letters provided by your district.
- Your school district may have changed their method of creating accounts. Please email help@insyncedu.com if your code is still not working.
- Your school district may have ended its account with InSync. Please email help@inscynedu.com to confirm.
